It's nowhere near dead enough to kill, anyway. There are still a few on-
topic posts a month. Really, you need a group to be completely dead for
quite a while before you can justify deleting it.
Personally, I'm quite keen on renaming it to ugv.sega. RGVS seems to do
pretty well, and I think it'd be better to have a more useful general Sega
group than an almost-but-not-quite-dead Dreamcast specific one. But I'm a
bit of a Sega fanboy, so I would say that.
