Misc is generally the group for this, I really don't think Sega need
their own one seeing the traffic ugvd currently gets. Making groups
based on software publishers is madness in my opinion.

You would need to write a seperate RFD for removing UGVD and creating
your new group, persuade unnc that it's worthwhile, argue with fuckwits
for a couple of weeks, then hope you can get it passed without going
to a vote. I personally would vote against such a group.
