Yes, unfortunately.

Component is component, your monitor has RGB inputs. I don't believe
that you will be able to get the Gamecube working with them.

You are stuck with the standard analog audio, but many games have
support for Pro Logic II over the standard connectors which you can
use if you have a suitable decoder. You might want to also have a look
at the shamelessly out of date but still fairly relevant
