Yes, they were. A gang of us were dragged away from whatever it was that
we were doing to go and sit in the "long room" so the meeting was quorate.
They couldn't have a bidding process as only enough people for one
committee were interested. So they're doing it next time.
I'm sure Phil will be along in a moment to tell us what it will be called
next time round. (He did tell me but I've forgotten)
