My first suggestion is to go to Warwick Uni. and check up on the SF Society,
there should be some sort of paper trail for you to follow. Not being
familiar with Leamington Spa, I have no idea where the FLGS, is but I would
have thought it would not be difficult to find, and of course as you already
know this would be a good source for meeting players. You could also try
the local library, clubs/groups will often advertise there presence there on
the bulletin board or they may have registered themselves, in the
club/society register (this to maybe away to find the elusive SF Society)
and last but not least try the local papers, they sometimes have a
club/society section, which might point you in the right direction.
