How's this to confuse you though. Did you ever here of Buccaneer? We
get asked for it all the time though they stopped making it decades
ago. Well apparently (and I think I may the last person in the country
to know this) its now een re-released but as Pirates of the Caribbean.
Normally I don't like licesned things but I've had many a forty - fifty
year old tell me that buccaneer was the best game ever ever ever so I
thought I would pass that along.

Also for your long list I like Carcassonne, you should maybe think
about getting it with the Princess and Dragon Expansion which
introduces some fighting, though we play with two players and the
expansion gets a bit annoying just for two.
