I am sorry, Silvano, but right is right:
The German publisher DaVinci-Spiele has been at Essen several times so they
are not unknown to the German games scene. Frequent Essen-goers like, Derek
and Richard may remember their most famous title "Esperanca" - a treasure
diving game - from visits at Spiel '99 and Spiel '00.

Legal rights aside, there is no doubt that "your lady" used the name "Da
Vinci" for her company first. And it is only natural that she protects it. I
am sure you would do the same if another publisher called themselves "da
vinci" in Italy.
