Anyone else with Capital One got this problem?

It's working for me, using Firefox!

The letter I received said the new site would be live as from March,
so I tried to sign on as usual (using the old site) but got a 404
error. So I then did what it said in the letter, and the new site came
up -
with a notice saying that they had launched it early.

I went through the sign-up procedure, and now have access to my
account again.

Hmm.. I never got a letter at all!

I get the "It's here! We're so excited about our new site, we've
launched it early!" page, but when I click on Register/Sign In,
nothing.
What did the letter say?

Scanned text, as below. There was also a leaflet with screenshots of the new
site etc. - but I won't bore you with that!

Important information about your Online Account Service
As a valued user of our online account service, I would like to inform you
about some exciting changes we are making to this facility.
From March 2008 we will be launching our new internet site which will allow
you to do more online. New benefits include being able to pay your account
bills, opting for paperless statements and updating your personal

site and more details about the new services.
How this affects you:
? During the change over, you will experience limited service between 20th -
26th February when your online account information will not display your
most recent transactions
What we require you to do:
? During March you will need to re-register your details to access your
account information online. This is to ensure all details we hold about you
are up to date. Please only register your account details via Your Card
Account at www.capitalone.co.uk- see leaflet for more details
? Once you have completed your registration, you will be able to access
information about your account and be able to use the new services
To find out more about the changes we are making and how this affects you,
please go to the Online Account Service Update in the frequently asked
