Our Values

Flexibility - this means we're never rigid about the nature of the
relationship we have with our clients. From the outset, we're
immediately honest in the way we talk to our clients and therefore the
relationship is sustainable and fosters a strong rapport. As a result,
continuous improvement is a key feature of the way we manage our
projects.

Appropriateness - for us, this means getting the best fit of
resources, values and solutions for a client's project. We work on
small or large projects, either by bringing in our own resources or by
fitting in with existing client teams. From our large and varied skill
set, we bring skills that are appropriate to projects of any scale.
Because we are flexible and honest, we will not hesitate to say that
our skill set is not appropriate for a particular project. That way,
our clients do not waste precious time nor money. We also look for
clients who share our values because, in our experience, without
shared values the soul of the project is smothered. Lastly, we never
say 'here is the solution - now let's define the problem'. We don't
try to pack our clients' business processes into a technological
solution that was not specifically designed for it - we always look
for the best fit. This is another way in which we give value for
money.

Imagination - we often bring technologies together that, at face
value, aren't apparently compatible and yet our solution's benefits
are greater than the sum of its parts. We achieve technological
synergy. We do interesting and fun designs with powerful underlying
functionality. Because of our imaginative approach, we are able to
identify waste-cutting opportunities that impact on our clients'
bottom line.
Our Beliefs

Because we believe technology is about providing opportunities for
humanity to better itself, we refuse to work with companies known for
exploiting the third world and poor folk on this planet.

We believe that, no matter how much time, effort and money is spent on
technological solutions, technology won't be a solution if the people
using it can't embrace it.

We believe that the partnership we create with our clients can only
flourish if our clients participate wholeheartedly in their project.

"Don't be evil", and "Work should be challenging and the challenge
should be fun", illustrating a somewhat relaxed corporate culture.
