there are couple of options available to you. i take it your business
bank wont fund the money for what your looking for.

investment angels
then you should try some investment angels. an angel is a investor
that will stomp up the money but for exchange of sock or shares in
your company while you owe them money. pro's to this are quick cash
flow, cons your giving share and usually they want large chunks of
your company and want high returns for there investment.

factoring.
factoring is where you have issued invoices to clients on credit terms
of 1month to 6- months terms. factoring finace companies give you
finance of upto 90% of the invoices you issue. then when your client
pays the factoring company you receive your rest of your money.

pro's for this option is you dont give any shares in your company to
them. quick cash flow within 24-72 hrs once invoice been issued. cons
it is an expensive option but you can pass some/all this cost on to
your customers if are wanting credit terms.

if your client dosent pay the onus of collecting the money is not on
you to collect factoring companies effectivly buy your invoice of you
and the client is the dettee tot this finance company.

your busines bank will have a factoring department..

summary
for the amount that your requiring factoring would not be much help
but it would help to create faster cashflow. i would go down the line
of business angels for the sum of $5m us.
you will find angels advertised in the search engines and yellow pages
under investment angels.

I very much doubt that the OP has a genuine or realistic business.
