Travel Insurance and Mental Health?

I'd like to buy travel insurance. I'm going to the US in November, and
again in the new year some time.

I'd like to get a policy that covers stuff "directly or indirectly related
to" a pre-existing injury caused as a result of MH problems.

The policy doesn't have to cover any new MH stuff, or any new injuries
"directly or indirectly related" to a MH diagnosis.

Will anyone cover this? And, perhaps more importantly, will anyone provide
cover at a reasonable rate?
