No - but rest assured they seem no worse than others with whom we've
had to run this EPA gauntlet. There *are* folk in these organisations
who know what an EPA is and what they're supposed to do with them, but
getting them to communicate directly with joe customer is impossible.
We've spent the last two months trying to notify an address change for
one of our attorneys, and we're not finished yet :-(

Yes, I opened an account last week after closing my NR one. I have to admit
it was no hassle at all and is now fully operational. That said, it was just
a straightforward joint savings account.
