yes. You usually wont need the voucher.

This is what I'd wondered -

So what sort of things do you have to ask?

Will he charge you by the hour when he does the work or take commission?

Is he really independent and deal with the whole of the market?

Has he passed an exam called G60?
Are all IFA the same?
