mysterious credit card transaction

Hi,

wondered if anyone had experience of this -

a £275 transaction appeared on my credit card named as: GOOGLE *PMB
GOOGLE.COM/CH GB

havent used the card for months....bank looking into it of course.
intial phone call they stated i must first phone the merchant, but
then call centre guy couldnt find a phone number for them (which
worried me) so raised, what he called, a memo! sposed to hear in two
working days (hmm we'll see on that).
