Off shore account help please

I`m interested in getting an off shore bank account.

Can anyone advise me. I will be travelling/living outside of the E.U (east Europe, Ukraine) I will
also be in the USA
I need a bank that can supply me a Credit Card and Debit Card/ATM card.

I want it to be out of reach of divorce laws in the UK.

Can anyone advise me where to go, thanks
