I bought a property with a view to development but I've had to sell it ata
loss of 7K. Can I use that against my income tax bill at all ? Obviouslymy
acccountant will sort it out when he does my self assessment but reallyI'm
just curious so I can sleep a little better tonight :)
My guess is no, but you should be able to use it to offset Capital Gains
Tax.
I don't do anything subject to CGT :(
