Basically, the auctioneer's fees.
I assumed that all fees are paid by the seller. That
is the way that it normally works selling a house.
Some of the prices paid seem to high to have
X percentage added on.
Didn't it actually used to be that way in other
auctions. Aren't sellers premiums a new thing?
