Technically speaking (business), you must consider that:

o Google quadrupled their earnings and stocks were still down

o It is a mature company

And technically speaking (IT aspects), let us consider that:

o MS will soon unleash a browser that uses MSN search "out of the box"

o Google suffer from unrest at the moment and begin to be compared to MS
