case. So choose your country of manufacture with care.

I think you may underestimate the effect of atmospheric conditions.

By the top of the troposphere the temperature is typically down to -57C, though it then warms again as you move higher. Many plastic bags will struggle to maintain reasonable physical properties at this temperature.

What is know is that basically there aren't any !

There can be a few thin clouds in the mesosphere though, but

a) there probably isn't enough water up there to seed,

and

b) the temperature at the top of the mesosphere is about -90C.
