Agreed !! Same for all large plants ! 

It's a shame that someone messed up the quoting there. I did not write that
paragraph. However, I do think that several opportunities were lost in not
installing district heating loops with thermal power stations.

You mean "District heating means ... do not fit in with district heating" ?
