All one line.

Obviously to do with climate change since they're plentiful in warmer
climes.

Bwahahahahaha!!

You do just love to expose your ignorance, don't you?

Please elaborate on your "warmer climes". Which countries had you in
mind when you said that?

You're showing your ignorance, Malcolm.

Bitterns breed in Europe, North Africa and central Asia.

Spain and N. Africa have very few, the latter at just one site. Sweden
has more than Britain - the limits of the world distribution are
roughly 40 N to 60 N. Hardly warmer climes. So who's showing their
ignorance, eh? Hint: look in the mirror.

Bitterns breed in the following countries:

Albania
Austria
Belarus
Belarus
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Britain
Bulgaria
Croatia
Czech Republic
Denmark
Estonia
Finland
France
Germany
Greece
Hungary
Italy
Latvia
Lithuania
Macedonia
Moldova
Netherlands
Poland
Portugal
Romania
Russia
Serbia and Montenegro
Slovakia
Slovenia
Spain
Sweden
Turkey
Ukraine

Many a lot warmer than here.

They are also in other parts of the country.

In which other parts of Britain are they "plentiful"?

In many places in England. Look it up and you'll find out.

Tell us how many places, then we'll know at which point to stop
further looking them up.

Numerous places and before you say they are all at wildlife trust
properties, that's where the fake conservationists will say they've
been seen to attract visitors. They're probably in other locations as
well.

And who are you quoting as saying "plentiful"? I never said that .

Trust the RSPB to get in there claiming success.:-((

They have increased because of the very successful efforts of the RSPB
to discover why they had disappeared from so many of their previous
haunts and then to make sure that the conditions they required were
restored. This has nothing to do with climate change.

So you say but that accounts for a very small number.

Typical RSPB speak is to claim success for an increase of a small
number of birds but to ignore the fact they are presiding over the
largest fall in bird populations since I believe records began.

Are you saying that RSPB, rather than a huge sweep of environmental
problems, is what has led to the decline of certain, notably farmland,
bird species.

They blame farmers because they are easy targets. What about blaming
the motorist for killing millions of blackbirds, sparrows etc, flying
across roads between hedges? But that might not be popular and could
affect their income.:-((

I should look to food consumers like yourself, who want
plentiful, inexpensive food - to throw 1/3rd into their trash cans and
become obese on the remainder.

You're a consumer too. What about your malt whisky? How is it made?

Got to keep the money rolling in :-((

What else is there for a charity within a plutocracy?

By stop being fakes by encouraging environmentally damaging activities
that contributes to the potential demise of all species by "cooking
the planet"

I think we'd all be better off without these charities that consume
large amounts of public money in grants and avoid paying taxes rates
etc.

They're parasitical.
