Did you know?

* that the toll of deer involved annually in traffic collisions in
the UK is estimated to lie between 30,000 to 50,000
* such deer related RTAs result in several hundred human injuries
and some human fatalities each year.
* six main species of deer live wild in Britain with a combined
population of over 1 million head.

What I know is it's not the deer that kill the humans. It's the
humans that kill the deer with their cars and occasionally get killed
themselves.

As usual, Malcolm, you have the wrong end of the stick.

Just because you in your Range Rover would probably survive an impact
with a deer - though you would probably kill the latter and don't seem
concerned about that - doesn't in any way change the statistics shown
above.

Of course it doesn't. But you've still got the wrong end of the stick.

Angus, when you say someone has got the wrong end of the stick, it means
that they are correct and you, as usual, have got it wrong.

Well, I don't see any deer driving cars that kill humans.

Gosh!

BTW. Haven't heard much from you about the professor who's assisting
us. Why not? Have you given up trying to find out who he is?

How can I give up something I haven't bothered to start doing?

Your obviously out of the loop and people must be having a good laugh
at you behind your back :-))

If you want to indulge in wishful thinking, please do.

So have you worked out what squirrel society of Squirrel Society the
professor belongs to?

Perhaps you should read what you write before posting.

You obviously don't :-)

The
identity of your professor is of no interest to me, though I note that
since you claimed to have his support you have ceased your wild and
unsubstantiated claims about extinction and reintroduction of the red
squirrel.

On the contrary. Just because you're in the dark doesn't mean
anything has "ceased".

I'm not "in the dark" while you are as transparent as ever. I see you
haven't denied what I said.

I have. By "on the contrary".

Your comprehension isn't improving.

It's fine, thank you. I can spot one of your wriggles a mile off.

Perhaps you should read what you write before posting.
