You don't you kill the greys in the exclusion zones quickly and cleanly.
Their suffering is less than they (according to you) would suffer if
left alone.

The reds are then spared the extra suffering.

Angus dear boy do at least TRY to keep up. I am not advocating exterminating local populations. I am advocating killing the wandering individuals which try to spread into the "exclusion zones" not quite the same thing. Do try to avoid emotive exaggeration.

I note that you do not address the EXTRA suffering their would be if the greys were allowed to spread.
