If I understand correctly, this is not specifically about EFL but about how
to "manage" people, equip them to do the job "right" and then verify they

In which case I would suggest....
1 Set clear and measurable _behavioural_ objectives for the team members;
2 Define how and when performance against them will be monitored /
verified;
3 Coach / demonstrate how to do it "properly";
4 Set out clearly the corrective action she would take whenever the
behaviour / objectives go off-song
5 Show how she will encourage and remain receptive to "better" ideas
being fed back to her from her team members (no-one can assert that her EFL
techniques are the best or only ones...)
This all probably sounds dreadfully bland, but IME it is the foundation to
anything like this - whether it be EFL, emptying the dustbins, securing a
£multi-million order....
In summary, ensure people know what's expected of them, train and support
them, monitor results and praise / correct / appraise / feedback regularly.
At the end of the day, there is no way to guarantee that anyone does what's
expected of them - and that's maybe a point worth making. What she can do,
though, is show how she will maximise the likelihood by following the above
principles.
HTH - though others here will doubtless have better suggestions.
Please keep us posted - sounds an interesting one...!!

Hi Martin,
Thanks a lot!! It does not sound bland at all!! It's just a very much
common sense solution and, as you have rightly pointed out, it could
be applied to pretty much anything. It's just that her problem is
completely not my field and she is all nervous and shaken before that
interview. ;)
Your ideas are great, I will pass them on to her and we'll try to move
on.
In the meantime, should If you have any more ideas - do share,
please!!
And again, thanks a million!
