sort to retire earlier, and there is often competition for the chance
to retire due to falling rolls. Says something about morale I think.

We don't have falling roles but a mismatch between necessary appointments
and the lack of uptake within the school. There is a morale issue -
something to do with Ofsted, undoubtedly. For myself, I'm looking to the
future!
