I am looking for a school to train via the Graduate Teacher Program probably physics.
I am not in the least bit religious.
IME of job hunting some RC schools will ask (or at least be impressed) if you are prepared to study towards a Catholic Teacher's Certificate.
As previously mentioned a rule of thumb is that you are prepared to teach within the context of a religious school, so as long as you are happy not to disrespect the school's ethos you should be fine.
My advice would be to contact the schools and see for yourself how "heavy" they are as I'm sure each one will be different.
I have to say that my son goes to an RC primary school, partly because my wife is RC and partly because it's better than the alternative school, and I've been very impressed by the religious diversity in the curriculum
