GCE AS Exam marks

Hi All,

I would appreciate some guidance on trying to find out my son's exam grades:
The exam boards and school examinations officer are as good as a chocolate
teapot: they don't seem to have a clue or want to help and the not-knowing
is driving us nuts.

They have just given us straight numbers, no bounds, percentages or grades,
which are effectively
useless

Our son has taken GCE AS levels in June 2005 and got the following marks
with the
AQA board.

Spanish - Unit 1 - SP01, 39 mark
Spanish - Unit 2 - SP02, 42 marks
Spanish - Unit 3 teacher - SP3T, 51 marks

Edexl Board
6242 - Chemistry 2, 40 marks
6243P Chemistry 3 option P, 74 marks
6663 Core Maths 1, 44 marks
6664 Core Maths 2, 43 marks
6683 Statistics 1, 33 marks.

I would appreciate any help or pointers to how we can get to a grade and see
if he has passed or failed. What a mess!
