How much do you pay for two phone lines + dial-up use?
That's what we used to have and it saved me money when we went to broadband.
How many minutes does it take to upload to your free website? That would be
your only additional cost.
And the freedom to use the web whenever you want for as long as you want is
great. And cheap.
