When they get through the agenda. You can bet it won't be before school
starts.
We had the 'weekly diary' sheets handed round on Friday afternoon before
the holiday. I don't know whether anyone else will have recognised the
potential problem. (Yes, we have a classroom assistant for 'workload'
tasks including photocopying, but the reality is her alloted time isn't
till later in the day - or even later in the week - than a lot of the
stuff you need unless you are organised enough to be working a week
ahead.)

Oh! I misread.
I thought you meant 8.30 *pm*!
We could never have ours then - no-one would be able to make it!
