Cos the kids work less well if they think their work isn't going to be
marked.
I did tell one boy I'd mark his work in invisible ink cos he'd
obviously written it in invisible ink.

Too late, I broke down on the weekend! Oh ok, you don't mean emotionally
this time?

We're breaking up on Wednesday, with an INSET on Thursday, and a
supposed one on Friday, but we had a twilight INSET last Monday and
another one tonight so we can have Friday off.

However, I've kinda broken up already. We had our end-of-term production
last week and we're selling dvds of it. I'm doing the dvds and have got
stroppy and demanded time to do them. With each one taking about 40 mins
to burn, and 64 orders to complete, I'm not doing this in my own time.
So I only have to go in for the DH's PPA time this afternoon and
Wednesday afternoon. I am going to try and go in for the 'Leavers'
Assembly' on Wed morning though, as our HT is one of the 'leavers' this
year.

Blimey!
When I think of the hours and hours and *hours* we've spent doing videos
over the years (knackered our own machine till I thought to get school to
buy some)...

You obviously didn't stamp your foot in the right manner.

When we started doing them I was PTA (don't start!) not staff.
Hopefully we will be buying a DVD re-writer at school soon so I'll do some
of them there.
