I was watched last week for performance management - this is a time when
being bossy helps with my HOD as I told him in which lesson he was coming to
watch me (with my nicest class of course!), it went well other than him
faffing about with some of the computers in the adjoining mini ICT room and
finding one of them had been infested with porn! (he didn't write that on
the observation ***). A suggestion he made was that I could give one
whiteboard between 2 rather than one each to get them to share the thinking
towards the answer, but I think he has an ulterior motive of spending less
money on whiteboard pens!
