| I have degrees from many more years ago than I care to remember so
| I've decided to do an OU degree to sustain me into my dotage. I did
| MU120 this year plus S197, S196 and S194 and I'm starting MST121 and
| MS221 in January, so I think we'll be doing the same MS221
| presentation.

| I haven't decided yet whether to do a straight maths degree or to go
| for a Physical Science variant. A mathematics degree would be
| cheating a little because I've done maths before, although the detail
| is rusty. I'm doing the maths courses at the moment both as a gentle
| introduction to the OU and to revise the material. I quite like
| cosmology, so may well concentrate on that after MS221.

| It must be especially difficult for OU students outside Britain - I
| suppose tutorials are impractical. If you'd like someone to
| correspond with on MTS121 and MS221, I'll be happy to do so.

I really miss the tutorials, what is worse outside the UK it is hideously
expensive.
