Try going to the NCETM website (http://www.ncetm.org.uk/home) and
searching there. You can join the community and post there as well.
It's designed for maths teachers at all key stages.
I've not taught KS3 for three years now, but we are using a set of
resources developed for post-16 maths, but now available for schools:
"Improving Learning in Mathematics", which you can find out more about
on the NCETM site (http://www.ncetm.org.uk/Default.aspx?
page=13&module=res&mode=100&resid=1442)
Although a lot of the lessons are for A Level Maths, a lot of the
ideas can be adapted for different topics at all levels.
