I've pointed to some great software here [and can offer more], and
would appreciate an exchange of information if anyone is the wiser.



This is not quite what was asked for but it may be useful for someone.
There are several recreational maths activities software listed (most
free!) and reviewed in the April 2006 issue of Computer Shopper. They may
not be much use for learning or teaching but they can tickle the old grey
cells.
