This is very interesting. It seems that commercial tools are improving
faster. Maybe the poll is a little skewed with only a few hundred
participants. I prefer using open source tools and applications as
there is normally much better support available. With commercial apps
there is often a vendor lock-in effect and high priced, low quality
support.
