Yep, so long as you don't mind it being bodged and half completed.
I don't understand this comment.
The off-the-shelf company will have been formed by the
seller two weeks (if that is the necessary time) before, just
waiting for someone to go and transfer it.
Alternatively allow a couple of weeks to get the job done properly, a bit
longer for opening bank accounts and arranging vat registration.
All you need to sign the contract and start work is a company
name and registration number to put on the contract.
The rest can (and often does) come later.
