This is a serious question, so serious answers please... I have recently started out on my own as a recruitment consultant and having been a contractor I do understand how some recruitment consultants treat contractors (i.e. badly!).
So as a guy trying to do this the right way with integrity; how do I go about getting the respect of contractors? This is important to me as I want to enjoy my job, not feel I have sold my soul.
Any thoughts or answers would be welcome.
