Finding an effective and affordable content managed recruitment website

Hi, I run a small niche recruitment firm specializing in medical jobs
and I struggled to develop a website they I could add jobs to and also
edit pages on. I had to pay at least £100 each time to my designer to
edit a page, and I was quoted £4000 to buy a full cms site. Anyway I
