That's not a good excuse is it? You mean they don't know what they want? Makes
them plonkers in my view. (Hey - I can't get a job, so I can say what I like
wow!)
Surely it goes "this job needs these skills, however, if we can't find that mix,
then these essential skills plus experience in these other similar technologies
might be considered".
