Such as when/if he fancies a new van...

For the last couple of years, any business that is planning on accepting
cash for any transaction of more than Euro15,000 has to be registered in
advance with HMC&E, and has to get proof of ID etc to accept that cash -
then report the transaction to HMC&E.
