if you're a shareholder you're going to be on the register of
shareholders unless you hold the shares via a 3rd party (nominee).

you could get an accountant or the like to be the director and company
sec of a Ltd company. You don't need a board.

There are also various "Trust" structures that could hold your
interest. May be best if you define *why* you need to be anonymous -
tax reasons, privacy ?
