I just don't think anyone should forget that it's the customer's
choice to make, not the vendor's. When we accept a repair, we're
doing them a favour.
Most online resellers prefer to refund as repairs or replacements
cost more in postage
I'm sure that's true.
In this case, though, Ebuyer seem to be claiming that the card wasn't
faulty (IIUC). In that case I suspect they'll try and charge for the
postage.
