Thanks, I looked and I see that some other people have had
problems with OcUK too.

I am somewhat mystified by their approach to my faulty RAM. They
are laying the blame squarely at the feet of the their supplier
and do not seem to care less about the amount of time I have had
to wait. They just keep moving the goalposts and telling me to be
patient.

Oh dear - another company to avoid then.
