Hi,
I bought something from eBay, and the seller (100%) rating, dispatched it
right away. However, I've had two days runaround with the post office and
eventually they give me a card saying 8.40 postage is due. I told the post
office I wasn't accepting it and e-mailled the person to either resend it
when they get it back, or refund me... I was so pissed off after the
runaround, I just told them I wasn't accepting it.
I'm worried that it might not get back to them... I don't think there was
a return address on it. How do I stand? I want the item or a refund... Is
it worth contacting my CC company and putting the transaction in dispute?
It was done through paypal/eBay.
Royal Mail are scumbags - they mark items as delivered when they haven't
been. When I complained to customer services, they said they do it so they
can doctor the records afterwards.
This item is marked as "Delivered", when it hasn't been.
You're a bit fucked.
