Situation;

Purchased a 30" Widescreen LCD TV from dabs.com in April arrived faulty so
had dabs.com collect it and never recieved a refund. I put an incorrect
RMA number on it so that probably explains why. I was in hospital for 9
weeks so it was left and when I got out dabs.com contacted UPS who say
they have no record of the collection and dabs.com can't assist me further
my only option is to contact UPS and take it up with them unless I have a
collection receipt which I don't becuase UPS never gave me one.

So thats it then I lost my money or is there anything you would suggest I
do as it seems pointless contacting UPS as I suspect they'll just say the
same thing as what they told dabs.com. Note to self: always get collection
receipt, always check RMA number, never go to hospital for 9 weeks.


If the collection was booked in and ups collected there will be a ups record
of it. If ups have no record of it, it wasnt collected and you dreamt
it......You claim you gave a 30" LCD to someone you dont know and didnt ask
for a receipt!, not even you are that stupid!.
