aria faulty product problem

Bought a CD scratch remover device from Aria.co.uk £12
Broke after 2 hours use.
Visited their website for a RMA, cannot process as the website says the
manufacturer offers support under warranty. They direct me to the
mnaufacturers website which offers no support whatsover, just contact
numbers for their Chinese factory.
Emailed Aria about this a week ago, on the same day the product broke, no
response.
what shall I do next?
