We purchased goods from Scan Computers in Bolton up until the middle of
last year.
We encountered many problems with their goods - remarked tray CPUs that
overheated and 80 pin SCA hard disks that our Scan rep admitted "will
not work in RAID arrays".
Exactly why will grey market 80 pin hard disks not work with PCI RAID
controllers?
This has culminated in a visit from a court bailiff to collect nearly
£2000. Scan has changed our address to obtain a CCJ against us -
without us being aware of any court hearings.

I know scan well used them for many years, even before they moved to the
Reebok. We stopped using them as we had some problems, we were a small
buyer to them only 10k pa
Your story is frightening. You are clearly a high value customer, i'm
amazed you haven't been treated better. Scan got to big for their boots a
long time ago imo.
