Yes, I too have had some bad experiences with that company, 2 hard-drives which
were both duff on delivery. I suspect they were returns too as they both had
scratches on the sides. It took weeks to get my money credited.

My current 19" monitor is one of theirs and it too came with 3 bad pixels but
figured I could live with it. A 6800GT card which had definitely been returned
before, half the bits were missing, it took me weeks to get a good replacement
out of them.

I used to use them a lot as their prices were quite good, but not any more. Its
just impossible to get things sorted when things go wrong.

I agree with the monitor guy, that customers should not need to pay £24 for
Aria's pixel check in order to get a good monitor. Its outragous.
Also in any event they obviously dont check them that well anyway, as a friend
who foolishly still uses them paid for their pre pixel check and still found 1
faulty pixel when his monitor arrived. Aria did offer to change it but that
would have cost him another tenna to post it back.

Crap company in my opinion.
