Agreed to send it back for exchange. They (he) wanted £5 to restock an £8
item that does not work. Sent it off but made a note of the serial number;
sent an email saying it was being sent back and what the serial number was.
Some time later a 'replacment' arrived and, would you believe it, the serial
number was the same! Now isn't that strange, do they all have the same
serial number? I have sent an email asking about this. I have had enough of
dealing with this outfit and will give the device to some other fool who can
mess about with it. As I said, the one from Tesco works fine.
