What does "In Progress" mean on Dabs RMAs?

Hi,
I''ve recently returned a faulty graphics card to Dabs via Royal Mail
Special Delivery (since this is our companies' preferred carrier).
However, the parcel has since gone AWOL from RM's systems without a
confirmed delivery (since 12th April), and of course, contacting Dabs
for any information whatsoever is a no-no.
What info I do have is that the RMA report is (with
strategically-placed 'x's):
Returns Number Issued Order Number Account Returns Status
461xxx 28/03/2006 6341xxx SKE0xxx In progress
Can anyone advise what "In progress" means? Is this a catchall term
that includs 'Waiting for return', etc., or does it specifically mean
that the return has been received?
I've checked their Help, and they say : "Each type of status links
through to an information box which contains a more comprehensive
explanation of what it means to help you track your return, every step
of the way." ( Which appears to be out-of-date, since no part of the
RMA status is clickable or hover-able (feedback left). )
Thanks!
Damian
